COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND OUTREACH COMMITTEE AND SUBCOMMITTEES
The purpose of the Shared Measurement Committee is to engage in strategic thinking, planning, and actions that identify, define, measure, and track the appropriate Urban Agenda Collective Impact Economic Mobility indicators, goals and benchmarks. The Shared Measurement Committee meets monthly and has two subcommittees:
1) the Indicator Subcommittee and
2) the Dashboard and Tracking Subcommittee.
The Indicator Subcommittee identified and defined systems- and population-level social capital, financial capital, human capital, and bridge capital economic mobility indicators relevant to Urban Agenda goals. The Dashboard and Tracking Subcommittee developed the Urban Agenda dashboard to measure and track social capital, financial capital, human capital, and bridge capital economic mobility indicators related to Urban Agenda goals.
The purpose of this committee is to engage in systems-level policy change and advocacy using strategic thinking, planning, and actions in support of Urban Agenda Collective Impact Economic Mobility goals and benchmarks. The Systems Change and Strategies Committee meets monthly and has two subcommittees:
1) the Systems Change and Activities Subcommittee and
2) the Policy and Advocacy Subcommittee.
The Systems Change and Activities Subcommittee will identify, define, and develop strategies and activities to remediate systems- and population-level barriers and challenges that prevent Black and Brown populations from successfully reaching Urban Agenda goals and benchmarks. The Policy and Advocacy Subcommittee will co-create and design systems- and population-level policies and engage in advocacy activities directed at removing barriers and challenges that prevent Black and Brown populations from reaching Urban Agenda goals and benchmarks. Each subcommittee will establish a meeting cadence that allows its work to be monitored monthly.
