Economic Mobility

Near-term goal of the Urban Agenda and its partners is to support strategies and actions so that income disparities among Black and Hispanic households in Cleveland and Cuyahoga County are no greater than those seen for the state overall. Expanding employment and access to good-paying work, improving literacy and education, and closing the digital divide will be central to achieving this goal.
